Client Services

The Client Services Specialist is often times the first face of contact in our facilities. These professionals are primarily responsible for scheduling appointments for our clients and also collecting client fees. This group of multi-taskers are also required to provide clerical and billing support to clinical staff, switchboard coverage as well as traditional duties on-site during normal business hours.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office capacity is strongly preferred

Registration and Scheduling Department

The Registration and Scheduling Specialist is responsible for scheduling assessments of our first-time clients. As a Specialist within this team, you will be responsible for verifying client pay source and then pairing clients with appropriate credentials and area of expertise of Bowen Center providers in specific locations. Duties are preformed within the Corporate Office during normal business hours.

Experience/Education Requirements:

Information Technology (IT)

The Information Technology specialist supports the entire spectrum of IT for an enterprise in healthcare setting. Bowen Center has 3 core teams within IT: Technical Support, System Support, and Clinical Informatics. Each of these teams works both independently and collaboratively to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the Bowen Center. It is the mission of the IT team to provide responsive, reliable and expert service and support.

Public Relations/Marketing

The Public Relations/Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring consumers recognize who we are and what we do. As a member of the team you will be responsible for developing and growing partnerships with school and business officials throughout Northern Indiana, maintain current relationships, promote Student Assistance Plans and Employee Assistance Plans, attend community events. You will be required to travel to our county offices on a daily basis and will be expected to work non-traditional hours.

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

Performance Improvement

The Performance Improvement department performs a number of duties that are designed to maintain and/or improve how the organization operates over time. The majority of what the department does is design and monitor processes or systems that promote quality and keep the organization in compliance with the Joint Commission, the Division of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHA) and other oversight organizations. An efficient and effective organization is the department’s goal.
